In an effort to better serve tenants with special needs, UHC has created the Special Needs And Set-Aside Tracker website. It is our goal that this website will enable all Service Providers to be connected with affordable communities in our state, thus providing quality homes for the special needs community. Once an affordable special needs unit is available for rent, a system-generated email will be sent to Service Providers. We are very pleased to launch this new feature of our website and with your help, we will continue to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing for Utah residents.
