The Board of Trustees of Utah Housing is comprised of nine members representing various counties of the state and various occupations. The Executive Director of the Utah State Department of Community and Culture, the Utah State Treasurer and the Commissioner of Financial Institutions are ex-officio members of the Board. The six appointed members of the Board represent various business and industry groups and represent six different counties of the state. They are appointed by the Governor and require the consent of the Senate.
