UHC utilizes a wide array of financing resources in its programs including tax-exempt and taxable bonds, federal and state income tax shelters, conventional lending, federal and state grants, low-interest loans, and other forms of debt and equity.

The FirstHome and the First Home Plus programs offer low-interest rate mortgage loans to qualified borrowers. First Home Plus provides even more, including down payment and closing cost assistance. The brochures provide information you will need to get started. You will work directly through any one of the Participating Lenders in your area to complete the paperwork on your mortgage loan.
