FOR FIRSTHOME AND EQUITY NOW PROGRAMS

  1. Homes may be existing homes or new homes and may be located anywhere in Utah as long as they meet FHA or VA guidelines and the home Purchase Price limits shown below. They may be single family detached, twin homes, manufactured homes, PUD's or Condos.

  2. UHC Acquisition Cost Limits are set in accordance with Federal Regulations. Federal Regulations also mandate maximum UHC Income Limits. In some instances the Acquisition Cost Limits exceed the amount made affordable by the Income Limits.

  3. The maximum purchase price may not exceed the cost limits shown below:
